Within the Greater Sydney area, you will be able to receive items on the same day if you place an order before 9:15am in the morning [Mon – Thu] .

The cut-off time for the next day delivery within the Sydney area is 1:00pm.

Other regions apart from Sydney ( except WA and NT ), Items will be delivered within 1~2 working days.

Please kindly note that you may experience some delivery delays as some distribution centres of courier companies continue to be affected by reduced staff levels due to Covid cases these days.

So we would like to recommend you to allow extra 2-3 days before you book your treatment schedule with your patient if it is not emergency case.
